For our esteemed client in the insurance brokerage sector, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SALES SUPPORT professional to bolster their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless client service and efficient sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and processing insurance applications.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing quotes, contracts, and reports.
- Communicate with insurance providers to ensure smooth policy issuance and updates.
- Handle client inquiries and provide prompt and professional support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.

qualifications
- Registered with FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales support within the insurance industry.
- English level B2 (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
