• Needs-based support of residents to develop personal resources and achieve their own goals 
• Key worker for residents with a mental disability (support planning and monitoring of therapeutic measures) 
• Accompanying and supporting in various life situations (everyday and crisis situations, leisure activities, social participation) 
• Ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration and triage with legal representatives, relatives, and professionals from the health and social sectors 
• Documenting care services in the client information system 
• Storage, preparation, and professional administration of medications
