About the job
- Your creativity in project planning, especially in the field of buildings for the agricultural, food, and feed industry as well as residential construction (pension fund), is in demand. With your affinity for "form follows function," you develop tailored solutions for our clients
- You love to carry out construction projects completely from the idea to the handover to the client
- As an expert in cost planning, you prepare cost estimates and take responsibility for adhering to project costs
- With your organizational and communication talent, you easily act as a hub between internal and external stakeholders at all levels and lead purposefully
- Completed technical construction training (architectural draftsman or equivalent)
- Further training in architecture, construction management, and/or project management
- Proven experience in construction planning / construction project management
- Solid knowledge in 3D modeling with ArchiCAD
- Driver's license: Category B
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- With your activity, you actively contribute to supporting and further developing our department
