As a dispatcher for special transports, you take on a central role in our team in Bassersdorf. You are responsible for planning and coordinating special and heavy transports and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your tasks include:

• Planning and organizing special and heavy transports taking into account customer requirements and legal regulations.
• Coordination with drivers, customers, and other departments to ensure an efficient transport process.
• Monitoring transport processes and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Handling customer inquiries and preparing offers.
• Maintaining and updating transport documentation.

We are looking for a committed personality with experience in logistics and special transports. You should bring the following qualifications:

• Several years of professional experience in the dispatching of heavy or special transports - required
• Completed training in logistics or a comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of Swiss regulations in heavy and special transport
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Good IT skills, especially in transport management systems
