The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. We are looking for the polyclinic of Morges Hospital a:
Medical Secretary (M/F) at 50-60%
Fixed-term contract of 6 to 8 months, immediately or to be agreed

YOU HAVE
- Training as a medical secretary, CFC commercial employee or equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of prior experience in a medical secretariat in Switzerland, combined with an excellent knowledge of medical terminology.
- Recognized skills in the use of computer tools as well as excellent spelling.
- The ability to evolve in a dynamic environment and manage a constant workload, good stress resistance (fast pace).
- Flexibility and versatility to provide doctors with quality support in carrying out all the activities of a medical secretariat.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the reception and orientation of patients
- Ensure the coordination of documents for patients who will undergo surgery.
- Manage the telephone switchboard and appointment scheduling in daily administrative tasks (in addition to emails and schedules).
- Ensure the management of billing for medical acts.
- Ensure the follow-up of all daily administrative tasks contributing to the smooth running of the institution such as managing emails and schedules.
- Be responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and archiving of patients' physical medical records.
