IT Specialist Digitalization 80% - 100%

Your Challenge

• You work on creating digitalization solutions that seamlessly connect, expand, or complement ERP, CMS, M365, Finance, HR, on-site apps, customer portals, and other company systems
• You define technical specifications based on professional requirements and independently implement them, in a team or with external partners, in interfaces, workflows, scripts, applications, or low-code solutions
• You work closely with implementation partners and take over the coordination and management of the collaboration
• You support the development of AI-based development and the integration of new technologies into our business processes

Your Profile

• Completed IT education (EFZ/FA/HF/FH) or comparable further education/professional experience
• Interest in analyzing business processes and developing suitable digitalization solutions
• Experience in developing interfaces, workflows, scripts, and low-code applications
• Good German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Customer-oriented, team-capable, and independent personality with the desire to make a difference
