Your Contribution
- As part of the Financial Crime Team, you are responsible for compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal requirements for combating money laundering and sanctions regulations
- You are responsible for the further development of the anti-money laundering program and take a leading role in related projects
- As part of the Financial Crime Team, you are responsible for analyzing and assessing suspicious transactions as well as conducting escalation processes and submitting suspicious activity reports
- You support employees in operational areas with questions and conduct controls to ensure compliance with all requirements
- You assist in the creation of training and awareness measures and ensure that all instructions and guidelines are always up to date
- You are open to working on and contributing to other compliance topics and taking on deputizing roles (e.g., anti-bribery and corruption)
- Ethics and integrity are very important to you, and you promote these values among all employees.

Your Skills and Talents
- Completed studies preferably in law, alternatively in business administration
- At least 5 years of operational experience in combating money laundering, especially in transaction monitoring and/or submitting suspicious activity reports
- Project experience in the compliance field
- Experience with monitoring systems and analysis tools
- Knowledge of the insurance sector is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, French skills desired
- A flair for digital work
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving competence, and a high sense of responsibility
- High willingness to learn and perform as well as quick comprehension and assertiveness
