Co-Team Leadership Supported Living

Who are we?
Our goal is to offer individuals with mental and/or cognitive impairments an individual living and working opportunity, supporting affected persons on their way to a self-determined life as much as possible.
At the locations of Münsterlingen, Kreuzlingen, Bürglen, and Göttingen, we have 180 living spaces available in different settings. Additionally, we offer protected workplaces in the areas of gardening, production, carpentry, logistics, and various workshops. Here, orders from external companies are processed, and various in-house products are manufactured.
The HH1 Living Group currently offers space for 10 clients with cognitive impairments who require close support. A crisis intervention place for external persons is included on behalf of the Canton of Thurgau. The group will be expanded by four additional client rooms on another floor. The various living settings within HH1 differ in the intensity of support. HH1 is looking for a Co-Team Leader immediately for 6 to 10 months due to a maternity absence. The co-leadership will be with a long-term specialist.
