About the Position
As an assembler, you are a central part of our production for gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear. With your careful and precise way of working, you ensure that our products are assembled according to the highest quality and safety standards. You work independently according to drawings, parts lists, and work instructions and actively contribute to improvements in production processes.
What You Can Achieve
Assembly of complex gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear according to work documents, drawings, parts lists, and process descriptions
Independent control of work results as well as entry and confirmation in checklists
Compliance with requirements regarding order, cleanliness, production times, and quality standards
Ensuring environmental, health, and occupational safety requirements throughout the assembly process
Identifying, reporting, and correcting assembly errors and deviations in cooperation with supervisors
Participating in the continuous improvement process (CIP) by contributing new ideas and suggestions
Supporting and guiding less experienced employees in assembly tasks
Maintaining simple production documentation to ensure traceability and analysis
What You Bring
Completed technical or manual training (e.g., production mechanic, polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder, or comparable)
Experience in assembling industrial or electrotechnical assemblies, ideally in high-voltage or plant construction
Ability to confidently read and implement drawings, parts lists, and work instructions
High diligence, quality awareness, and independent, structured working style
Understanding of occupational safety and environmental requirements in production
Team player, reliable, and willing to take responsibility in the assembly process
