Your Tasks
You take responsibility for a dignified and professional approach to our residents in your household community. With your modern understanding of care and your high social competence, you manage the most diverse everyday situations. In doing so, you bear the daily responsibility in shift work, without night watch. You enjoy promoting and supporting trainees and employees. As a certified nursing specialist, you are also jointly responsible for the correct implementation of care processes as well as documentation (easyDOK) and performance recording (RAI).
In this exciting position, you take on clarifying, advising, and accompanying our customers of WohnenPlus in the area of Spitex services. You also take on any administrative tasks that arise.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Experience in providing Spitex services and their administrative processing
- Very good knowledge of German
- Open and constructive personality
- Service and customer orientation
- Conscientious working style
- Ability to work in a team
