Activities

Informing the temporarily admitted persons/status S about the challenges of integration and supporting them in the process of learning a national language through individual assistance
Training the temporarily admitted persons/status S and supporting them with applications, creating resumes and job offers, advising and explaining the process of entering the workforce (employment, employment contract, etc.)
Contributing to the development of new integration measures and projects based on local needs
Coordinating the various providers of measures for social integration and inclusion
Contacting companies in the canton of Fribourg to inform and raise awareness about integration issues and to develop a network to place and/or train temporarily admitted/status S persons

Requirements

A relevant academic or professional qualification for the position
Several years of experience in the field of migration, integration, or career counseling, job placement, or HR
Good knowledge of the regional labor market, with a personal network in this area
Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
Impeccable character (no entries in the debt collection or criminal records)
