Join our Organisation & Workforce Transformation team within Human Capital as a Trainee and play a key role in supporting the transformation of our clients’ organisations and people strategies.
Collaborate closely with a diverse and dedicated team to develop and implement innovative workforce solutions that drive organisational change and enhance employee experience. How you can make an impact
- Collaborate effectively within integrated, cross-functional teams to deliver and provide advice that enables organisational and workforce transformations
- Take ownership of your own deliverables while being supported by experienced consultants, addressing challenges related to organisation design, workforce strategy, operating models, and change management
- Participate actively in client workshops and status meetings, conduct research, and prepare insightful documents and presentations focused on workforce and organisational transformation
- Support the growth of our Organisation & Workforce Transformation practice by contributing to internal knowledge sharing, capability building, and practice development activities within the consulting team
Who We Are Looking For
You are a curious, well-organized and empathetic problem solver with the ability to explain complex technical issues to a business audience in a relatable and understandable way. Additionally, you enjoy interdisciplinary consulting teamwork, and have the following qualifications:
- Excellent university degree (Bachelor’s, Master's, MBA, or PhD) in computer science, engineering, business informatics or equivalent.
- You had initial contact with Cloud technologies through trainings, internships, or studies. Cloud certification(s) (AWS, MS Azure, GCP) are highly desirable.
- Fluency in German or French, as well as English.
