- Operational management of the school location with 23 classes, approx. 450 students and approx. 90 staff members
- Participation in the organization of school operations, personnel management, and pedagogical leadership of Cycle 1 and Cycle 2a
- Collaboration within the school leadership team of the location and the school district
- Ensuring internal and external communication as well as active cooperation with parents
- Ensuring quality assurance and quality development
- Pedagogical or educational science training with teaching experience
- School leadership or comparable management training or willingness to complete such training
- Experience in organizational development and change processes
- Willingness to work closely with the co-principal of equal rank on strategic and operational matters
- Openness to different cultures and religions
