Technical Specialist for Maintenance of Premises and Infrastructures (m/f/d) 100%

• Technical Maintenance: Regular maintenance and repair of technical systems such as heating, ventilation, cooling, and sprinkler systems, conveyor systems, gate and door systems, as well as fire protection systems
• Site Maintenance: Care of the grounds, including winter services, landscaping, and cleaning activities
• System Monitoring: Ensuring the highest possible availability of technical systems and troubleshooting
• Organization, Support, and Assistance of the On-Call Service for nights and weekends
• Coordination and Documentation: Supervision and coordination of external suppliers and craftsmen as well as preparation of revision plans
• Planning: Support in planning maintenance work and monitoring compliance with regulations and standards

• A completed technical vocational training (e.g., as an electrician EFZ, network electrician, building technology planner, maintenance specialist, metalworker, or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role or in facility management or technical service
• Independent, flexible, and solution-oriented working style
• Good knowledge of German
