Strongly committed to its digital transformation, Vaudoise Assurances wishes to strengthen its HR team and is looking for a "Talent Acquisition Partner" on a 6-month fixed-term contract who will be responsible for supporting the intensification of recruitments, particularly for headquarters and IT functions.
Through this role, you report to the Head of Talent Acquisition Group and join a team composed of about ten collaborators.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Write and publish recruitment ads taking into account the decided strategy
- Manage the reception and processing of applications
- Preselect candidates
- Organize and conduct interviews with candidates (in person, Teams, telephone)
- Select the final candidate with the help of the line manager
- Manage salary negotiations
- Close recruitments (provide feedback to candidates)
- Perform sourcing on request
Your profile:
- 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of IT professions and interest in other support functions
- Ability to work with large volumes of candidates
- Ability to quickly identify and qualify profiles
- Native French speaker, ideally good knowledge of German and/or English
- Excellent knowledge and ease with IT tools (MS Office, job boards, ATS, and professional social networks)
- Mastery of sourcing techniques
You demonstrate interpersonal skills, are able to easily create contacts while being comfortable in written and oral communication. Autonomous, flexible, and resilient, your work organization is efficient, you have a very good ability to synthesize and learn quickly. You are proactive and not only have an affinity for IT professions.
