The Continuing Education Center of the Zurich University of the Arts is a competence center for lifelong learning. As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a

The position includes overall responsibility for the cost-covering continuing education offerings of ZHdK.

This includes:

• Content-artistic and strategic development and profiling of the area
• Operational overall management and representation internally and externally
• Ensuring and further developing the quality of the offerings
• Budget responsibility
• Personnel development and management

We are looking for a personality with:

• a completed university degree, ideally in the field of art, design, cultural management, or a related discipline
• pronounced leadership qualities, communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, strategic action
• experience and commitment in the artistic university sector and profound knowledge of the educational landscape in the arts and design
