As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a
Head: Continuing Education Center, 60%
The position includes overall responsibility for the cost-covering continuing education offerings of ZHdK.
This includes:
- Content-artistic and strategic development and profiling of the area
- Operational overall management and representation internally and externally
- Ensuring and further developing the quality of the offerings
- Budget responsibility
- Personnel development and management
We are looking for a personality with:
- a completed university degree, ideally in the field of art, design, cultural management, or a related discipline
- pronounced leadership qualities, communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, strategic action
- experience and commitment in the artistic university sector and profound knowledge of the educational landscape in the arts and design
