We are looking for a Team Leader Electronics Life Cycle Management to complement our team, drive the strategic direction of our electronics division, and continuously improve processes for the entire lifecycle of our electronic products.

What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- take over the leadership and strategic direction of the Electronics Life Cycle Management team.
- coordinate and drive tasks in Electronics Life Cycle Management.
- build, further develop, and continuously improve processes with a LEAN and end-to-end mindset.
- bear technical responsibility for worldwide relocation projects of PCBAs.
- work closely with interdisciplinary teams.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have training as an electronics technician or a comparable qualification.
- have further education, e.g., HF technician or Dipl. Ing. (FH/ETH).
- bring leadership experience as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.
- possess a high quality awareness and a strong service orientation.
- are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
