AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Fulfillment of all quality and productivity requirements
- Setup of welding systems
- Loading of welding systems
- Operation of welding systems
- Leak test with helium of bellows, bellows packages, and complete bellows units
- Reporting of completed work via our ERP system
- Conducting quality controls according to process
- Process-accompanying quality control according to specifications
- Assistance with various tasks in the cleanroom
SKILLS / AUTHORIZATIONS / DUTIES
- Technical basic training (e.g., welder, mechanic, polymechanic)
- Reliability, resilience, flexibility, teamwork skills, and good work ethic
- Awareness of quality
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system (early, late, night, and weekend shifts)
- Good German skills (at least B2)
- High willingness to learn on the systems
- Compliance with cleanroom rules
- Implementation and adherence to VAT values
