Housekeeping Employee on an Hourly Wage

While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private home care services throughout Switzerland. For Senevita Giesserei in Arbon TG, we are looking for a committed Housekeeping Employee (part-time on an hourly wage 60-80%) with professional experience starting in October or by arrangement.

You will take on versatile and responsible tasks that enrich the daily lives of our residents and guests. Your duties include:

• Proper cleaning and maintenance of public areas, senior and holiday apartments, as well as care departments to ensure a pleasant and hygienic environment.
• Management of materials as well as maintenance of facilities and furnishings to ensure smooth operations.
• Support with seasonal decoration, where you can let your creativity run free to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Active participation in shaping and further developing your area by thinking along in everyday life and contributing innovative ideas. With your commitment and experience, you significantly contribute to making our residents and guests feel completely comfortable.
• Support with laundry care and distribution of professional and resident laundry.
• Compliance with standards in both hygiene and safety areas according to company guidelines.

• A completed training as a Housekeeping Manager or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the hotel industry or a comparable environment, distinguishes you.
• Your diplomatic skills, discretion, and pronounced empathy in dealing with elderly people make you a valuable support for our team.
• You work reliably, are a team player, and have a strong service orientation.
• You are flexible regarding your working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Your German language skills are flawless in spoken and written form and are a basic requirement for communication with our residents and guests.
