What you can achieve
- Independent conception, implementation, and success control of integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) for defined business areas – from the idea to measurable impact
- Professional leadership, coaching, and further development of other Marcom Campaign Managers with room for own leadership impulses
- Partial responsibility for event and live communication activities (trade fairs, conferences, VIP events) including conception, roadmaps, and implementation as well as budget planning and controlling in close coordination with the relevant departments
- Active shaping of the marketing strategy through close collaboration with Communications, Strat. Comm. Projects & Corporate Branding as well as other internal units
- Ensuring consistent and effective integration of all campaigns into the overarching marketing strategy
- Management and further development of cooperation with external agencies and service providers – from selection to quality assurance
- Independent participation and shaping of cross-departmental projects, e.g., product launches or strategic initiatives
- Close exchange with Business Development, Sales, and Product Management as well as active support in market clarifications, increasing market visibility, and analyzing market perception
- Active further development of marketing processes, structures, and integrated campaign planning with the goal of increasing efficiency and creating differentiation in the market, as well as co-responsibility for planning, management, and controlling of the marketing budget
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training, university or college degree in marketing, communication, or a comparable field
- Several years of solid experience in strategic marketing communication in complex organizations
- Experience in planning and implementing marketing campaigns as well as events & trade fairs, ideally in the aviation environment, industrial goods, or government organizations
- Leadership experience is an advantage as well as the ability to professionally lead and coach Marcom Campaign Managers
- Strategic thinking combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality (doer type) and strong organizational skills
- Team player with high resilience, flexibility, and confident appearance
- Experience in working with internal stakeholders at management level as well as external partners and agencies
- Creativity, strong communication skills, and a good sense for target groups, markets, and trends
- Proven experience in budget planning, controlling, and reporting
- German at native level and fluent English skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills; SAP or CRM experience is an advantage
