Practical Trainer + CIE for CFC and AFP sectors in the structural work field

- The CPNE is the reference body for professional training offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. We offer training and support at various levels of professional education (initial training, advanced training, and continuing education).
- As part of your role, you provide practical workshop courses to students from the AFP and CFC level sectors in structural work. You implement training plans according to the current federal legislation and prepare workshop tasks. Furthermore, you are responsible for monitoring apprentices' progress during their training and evaluating their work. Finally, you collaborate and develop synergies with all teachers in the field.
- Holder of a CFC as a road builder and/or mason, complemented by a federal foreman construction certificate or an equivalent recognized qualification, you have solid professional experience in the field and show a genuine interest in professional training. You are trained in professional pedagogy or willing to undergo on-the-job training. Equipped with excellent skills in using digital tools, you also demonstrate openness and excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to be comfortable with young people. You can claim initial experience in teaching or supporting apprentices. Finally, you reside in Switzerland in accordance with the legal requirements for public service holders.
