- Mostly independently perform simple common procedures for injuries to the upper and lower extremities
- Assist in complex surgeries of the musculoskeletal system, especially in traumatology
- Lead the Orthopedics/Traumatology department
- Support assistant doctors in training
- Participate in continuing education projects
