The Logistics Department is looking for a
Hotel Service Coordinator HFR
80-100 %
Your mission:
As a Hotel Service Coordinator HFR, you will play a key role in patient comfort and be at the heart of coordinating and developing our hotel services to ensure a positive and consistent patient experience across all HFR sites.
Your main tasks:
- Ensure the operation of the HFR Hotel Service and patient meal order management, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards
- Supervise, motivate, and support the hotel assistant teams at the Fribourg and Riaz sites, fostering a collaborative and caring work environment
- Oversee the delivery of outsourced services at the Meyriez and Tafers sites, according to HFR requirements
- Manage, plan, and implement service development projects aimed at creating and deploying a portfolio of innovative services
- Promote smooth and constructive collaboration with internal and external partner services
- Actively support hotel assistants on the ground when the situation requires
- Participate actively in HFR projects upon request
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma from a hotel school, or equivalent training
- Several years of experience in a similar leadership role in catering or service
- Knowledge of food service in a hospital environment
- Excellent command of French or German with very good knowledge of the other language
- Kind and inspiring leadership: you enjoy supporting, motivating, and valuing your teams
- Strong service and quality orientation with excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ease in communication and interdisciplinary collaboration, with a constructive and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently, initiative, and a hands-on approach
