The company offers customers a broad range of knowledge in the field of product development. cross-ING supports customers with many years of experience and globally networked, interdisciplinary expertise to create new things and generate added value. The cross-ING Group AG takes on administrative tasks in areas such as marketing, sales, and human resources.

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for entrepreneurs and partners who want to build their own regional cross-ING AG and successfully grow it.

Your responsibilities

• Expansion / further development of a successful regional unit with the service offering of cross-ING AG

• After a maximum of three successful years, you will receive 80 percent of the company and lead your regional engineering office within the cross-ING partner system

• Optional services such as accounting, marketing, recruitment, and administration are available to you from our headquarters. This allows you to fully focus on your (potential) customers as well as on the development and management of your cross-ING engineers.

• Establishment and operation of a competence center
  

You bring the following qualifications

• At least an engineering BSc

• Entrepreneurial thinking and action

• Good contacts in the local industry

• Determination to succeed

• High communication skills

• Comprehensive technical understanding

• Language skills in German and English
