Head of Coordination Office Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence (m/f/d)
starting November 1, 2025, or by agreement
Workload: 80-100%
Workplace: St. Gallen
What to expect
- You take over the professional management of the Coordination Office Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- You are a central pivot for the topics of digital transformation and AI in the canton of St. Gallen, coordinating various projects and liaising with municipalities and the federal government
- You coordinate strategic projects in the field of digital transformation and AI and support their successful implementation
- You design events and occasions to promote knowledge and skills in the field of digital transformation and AI
- You identify new trends and topics in digital transformation and AI and integrate them into the organization
What distinguishes you
- Master's degree in business informatics, business innovation, international relations, social sciences, or a similar field
- Experience in managing large projects as well as a strong sense for strategic developments and technical innovations
- Enthusiasm for various topics around AI and digital transformation
- Knowledge of the political system of the canton of St. Gallen and understanding of the challenges and opportunities of cooperation across different government levels
- Strong communication skills, structured working methods, holistic thinking, analytical and conceptual abilities, as well as a willingness to shape
