- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.

About the job
The main tasks include:
- Entire administrative HR lifecycle
- Responsible for recruiting, recording and processing of entries and exits
- Responsibility for payroll processing
- Coordination and handling of all social security matters and processing of events (accident and illness notifications, anniversaries, etc.)
- Preparation of work certificates
- System maintenance, optimization and archiving
- Contact person for employees and supervisors on administrative HR questions
- Active support of the managing director in HR projects
- If suitable: organization of events, reception and care of guests as well as office management (coordination of room maintenance, office supplies)
The requirements for future job holders are:
- Several years of professional experience in personnel and payroll administration
- Commercial basic training or equivalent education
- Further training as a personnel assistant is mandatory, as an HR specialist is an advantage.
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of MS Office and digital tools
- Enjoyment of administrative HR tasks and very precise working style
- Service-oriented, team-capable, empathetic and discreet personality
- Good communication skills with different contact persons
- High initiative, organizational talent and flexibility
