Retail Specialist Secondhand Aarau 30-40%
For our secondhand store in Aarau, we are looking for a committed professional starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Sale of products and customer advice
- Affinity and passion for secondhand fashion
- Initiative (right hand of the store manager)
- Receipt and preparation of donations
- Assortment and pricing in consultation with the store manager
- Product presentation and window decoration
- Cash register accounting, deposits, and monthly closings
- Experience in training apprentices
- Guidance and maintenance of contact with volunteers
- Assistance in training and accompanying interns in consultation with the store manager and referring agencies
- Maintenance and cleaning of the store
What you bring
- Completed apprenticeship as a retail specialist in textiles or a comparable qualification
- At least three years of professional experience
- Communicative, independent, and team-oriented personality
- Flexible work planning
- Understanding of foreign-language and socially disadvantaged people
- Professional profile certificate
- Enjoyment in guiding interns and volunteers
- Understanding and interest in social, ecological, and business contexts
