Your tasks
- Responsibility for the care and support of the residents
- Taking over daily responsibility
- Co-responsibility for the correct implementation of care processes
- Co-responsibility for documentation and RAI performance recording
- Co-responsibility for ensuring the training mandate
- Co-responsibility for the professional leadership of all apprentices in their specialist area
- Co-responsibility for quality assurance and development in connection with the training of apprentices
- Participation in the recruitment of new apprentices
- Participation in the qualification process of the apprentices
Your profile and qualifications
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- About two years of professional experience as well as experience in long-term care and knowledge of RAI would be an advantage
- High customer orientation, independence, commitment, and solution orientation
- Flexibility, resilience, and reliability are a matter of course
- Quality awareness and competent, caring interaction with all contact groups
- Good knowledge of German
- Completed vocational trainer course (5 days) or willingness to complete it
