TPM: Project Technical Manager (80 to 100%)

Do you have a knack for numbers and are passionate about analyzing construction projects during the acquisition phase? Do you want not only to estimate costs but also actively participate in the design? In this role, you take charge of the strategic cost management and develop economical and sustainable solutions that will energize our projects. From the initial offer to delivery to the client, you are the contact person for costs and technical optimizations. You work closely with clients, planners, authorities, and internal teams to implement effective and innovative solutions.

• Project management: you take responsibility for planning construction costs for ambitious projects, from acquisition to implementation.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Understanding of numbers and technical skills: you have a good understanding of numbers and technical know-how, ideally with a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction economics.
• Language skills: fluent French; German is an asset; fluent English to ensure internal and external communication.
• Experience: experience in construction cost planning, calculation, or project management.
• Tools and standards: experience using calculation and planning tools and knowledge of SIA standards.
• Analytical mindset: you have a structured approach to work and attention to detail.
• Communication: you are communicative, confident, and comfortable in negotiations, both internally and externally.
• Personality: you have initiative, team spirit, and a solution-oriented approach that complement your profile.
