Ensure flawless preparation by paying attention to the quality of ingredients, the precision of cooking, as well as a careful and attractive presentation of the dishes, in accordance with the high standards of our establishment.
Work closely with the head chef to optimize stock management, anticipate supply needs, and actively participate in orders, to guarantee constant product availability while minimizing waste.
Maintain strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards at all times by strictly applying HACCP rules, to ensure the sanitary safety of preparations and protect the health of customers.
