• Flexibility and willingness to cover various shifts
• A considerable amount of passion for cooking

Preparation:

• Start with a large portion of passion for cooking and a deep understanding of fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Add a generous amount of experience, preferably in upscale gastronomy, and mix in organizational talent and a sense of responsibility.
• Refine the flavor with a large portion of teamwork skills and season the whole with empathy, natural friendliness, and good humor.
• Add a sense of creativity and innovation and shape everything into a firm mass.
