Function and Responsibility
As Chief Digital Officer (CDO), you are responsible for the consistent alignment of IT with business benefits and shape the digital transformation of Griesser in close coordination with the weinor brand.
In your role as a member of the management team, you make a significant contribution to the corporate strategy and position digitalization as a central value driver.
Your main focuses include:
- Development and implementation of the digital and IT strategy with a clear focus on business value
- Leading the digital transformation along the end-to-end value chain
- Further development of the application and data landscape (including Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Ensuring a stable, secure, and scalable IT operation
- Leading the ICT organization as well as managing strategic technology partners and the IT budget

Your profile
You have several years of leadership experience in a comparable role (CDO, CIO, or Head of IT) and have successfully shaped the digital transformation of an industrial company.
You especially bring:
- A degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant further training
- Experience in using modern technologies such as cloud, data platforms, and artificial intelligence
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong implementation skills, and pronounced leadership competence
- Ability to effectively manage change and engage organizations
