Your tasks
- Mail processing and administrative tasks
- Blocking reminders in the tracking tool
- Processing customer requests (invoice duplicates)
- Support to the team for processing email inboxes
- Calling patients to search for any missing data
What you bring
- First successful experience in administrative assistance
- A sense of customer service
- Proficiency in several languages (French, English, Italian, German)
- Sense of priorities and organization
- Ability to work under pressure
- Capable of working independently and in a team
