Your main tasks:
- Comprehensive advice and support of the line in the HR lifecycle – from entry to exit
- Recruitment of specialists and managers in a dynamic environment
- Confident support of personnel discussions and assistance with disciplinary matters
- Ensuring efficient administrative processes – even when things get turbulent
- Expert advice on labor and social security law issues
- Close cooperation with the Service Center Payroll, Health, and Case Management
- Implementation of our HR strategy and promotion of a positive corporate culture
Your profile:
- Completed training with HR further education (e.g., Federal HR Specialist Certificate or HR Assistant with ambitions)
- Several years of practical experience in HR, ideally in consulting and recruitment
- Sound knowledge of labor and social security law, applied practically
- Fluent German skills, English is an advantage
- Strong communication and consulting skills, combined with empathy and stress resistance
- Personal: proactive, resilient, and with a positive mindset
