Assistant HR Manager
The Human Resources Department of the City of Morges is looking for a fixed-term assignment for a:
100% Assistant HR Manager
Main tasks:
- supervise and ensure the fixed and temporary recruitment process for the assigned populations.
- handle the administrative tasks of the employee life cycle
- provide support and advice to employees
- know and be responsible for the legislation, Collective Labor Agreement, regulations, and procedures in force.
We are looking for:
- several years of experience in human resources, particularly recruitment
- good writing skills, good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- federal diploma as a human resources specialist, an asset
Contract duration: as soon as possible for a period of 3 months
