Your Tasks
- You accompany patients (m/f/d) with empathy and jointly develop individual assistance and care plans
- You work closely with families, schools, authorities, and other institutions to ensure the best possible support and assistance
- In the multiprofessional team of medicine, nursing, and therapy, you actively contribute your social pedagogical expertise and conduct counseling and group discussions
- Furthermore, you participate in the planning and implementation of youth welfare measures, take over documentation and quality assurance, and maintain a strong network with external partners
Your Profile
- You have an appreciative and empathetic attitude towards our young patients (m/f/d) and hold a degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy (or a comparable course of study) with state recognition
- Ideally, you already have experience in child and adolescent psychiatry and possess knowledge of social law (SGB VIII, IX, XII)
- You work independently, responsibly, and are willing to develop professionally
- A class B driving license completes your profile
