For our marketing team, we are immediately looking for an organized Marketing Service & Event Specialist (m/f/d) 50-70% who takes operational responsibility and actively shapes our marketing implementation.
Your mission:
You take operational responsibility for the structured implementation of marketing projects and events. You work closely with the marketing management and internal stakeholders and ensure that processes, content, and deadlines are professionally coordinated. In doing so, you actively contribute, identify optimization potentials, and pragmatically improve processes within the existing framework.
What you will move with us:
- Independent planning and implementation of internal and external events
- Responsibility for budget, timeline, and coordination of external partners
- Ensuring a smooth process – before and during the event
- Creation and structuring of presentations, arguments, and sales documents
- Preparation of internal communication content
- Coordination of translations and ensuring consistent documents
- Participation in various marketing projects
You keep several projects in view simultaneously and work in a structured, quality-oriented, and solution-oriented manner.
Your strengths and experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, event management, or project management
- Experience in organizing and implementing events
- High organizational skills and pronounced quality awareness
- Very good German, English, and French skills (must), Italian is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Independent working style and enjoyment of operational implementation
