Responsibilities
- Responsibility for professional, empathetic, resource-oriented, and individual care and support of the residents in the living areas
- Ensuring the organization and adherence to efficient workflows as well as order in the living areas
- Proper execution of prescribed medical-diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Accurate management of electronic nursing documentation as well as ensuring recipient-appropriate and interdisciplinary information flow
Requirements Profile
- Completed tertiary level education (HF, AKP, PsyKP, DNII or FaLB)
- High social, methodological, and professional competence
- Strong communication skills, especially in dealing with elderly and aged people
- Good IT skills and confidence in handling electronic documentation
