Extracurricular Facilitator

Framework and context

Within the framework of caring for students of the Lutry schools during the lunch break and after classes, the Municipality of Lutry has set up an extracurricular care system combining meals and a variety of activity offerings. To complete its teams, the Youth and Social Cohesion Service is looking for extracurricular facilitators in socio-cultural animation and/or physical activities.

Your missions

• Animate and supervise various activities set up within the extracurricular program (school canteens, optional sports, supervised homework, free reception);
• Ensure the safety of the students placed under your responsibility;
• Coordinate the progress of activities carried out with the site manager concerned (management of groups, spaces, and equipment);
• Identify any situation requiring special attention and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices by maintaining regular communication with the deputy in charge of childhood.

Your profile

• Holder of a Bachelor in Movement and Sports Sciences, a HES diploma in social work, or an equivalent qualification, or currently training in one of these fields;
• Experience and ease in supervising students (1P-11S);
• Ability to propose activities adapted to the needs of the students;
• Strong interest in animation and supervision of various activities (creative, sports, socio-cultural);
• Reactivity and observational skills allowing you to assess situations with discernment and implement appropriate responses, respecting safety instructions and the educational framework.

Start date

Monday, August 17, 2026.

Duration of the mission

From August 17, 2026 to July 2, 2027 with the possibility to renew the contract for the following school year.

Remuneration

Variable depending on the assigned tasks, experience, and qualifications of the candidate.

Working time and hours

Fixed-term contract with remuneration based on hours worked during school periods (Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday). Activity rate adjustable according to site needs and availability, with an allocation between 20% and 60%.
