Job Description

• Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships as well as further development of business activities (revenue / profitability)
• Identification of new business opportunities and integration into the market development strategy
• Market observation (competitors, customer feedback, brand resonance)
• Close collaboration with internal teams to meet customer requirements
• Preparation of offers, maintenance contracts, and concepts
• Consulting and sales of modernization projects as well as corporate solutions
• Negotiation of contracts and conditions
• Forecasting & demand planning
• Regular exchange with European peers
• Participation in trade fairs, conferences, and other events for customer acquisition and retention
• Proactive support of assigned customers within the existing customer base

Applicant Profile

• Entrepreneurially minded personality with university, university of applied sciences, or college degree preferably from a technical field with knowledge in automation, logistics
• Business understanding as well as experience in customer support with project responsibility in a technical environment
• Fluent language skills in English and German, ideally also French skills
• Open, proactive personality with high independence and negotiation skills with willingness to travel mainly within Switzerland
