These are your tasks
- Support the Head of Marketing in daily marketing activities
- Support in planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Social Ads,
E-mail marketing, etc.) - Creation, maintenance, and further development of content for the website, newsletter, and social media
- Maintenance and updating of the company website
- Research on market trends, competitors, and target groups
- Administrative tasks such as scheduling, presentation preparation, and document management
- Collaboration with external partners, agencies, and service providers
- Preparation and management of small marketing projects from A to Z
What we expect from you
- You are studying or have completed training or studies in marketing, digital media, communication, or similar fields.
- Ideally, you already have some professional experience in operational marketing, especially social media
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form; good English skills
- Strong affinity for digital marketing and social media
- Strong communication and editorial skills as well as enjoyment in writing and content planning
- Proficient in MS Office and open to new tools, programs, and applications
- Advantageous: knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop)
- Curious, eager to learn, and team-oriented, with joy in trying new things and contributing innovative ideas
- Proactive, thoughtful, and creative personality who recognizes connections, takes responsibility, and convinces through a structured, well-organized working style
