Your responsibility
- Handle administrative tasks with business partners, reinsurance contracts and renewal submission data
- Support underwriters in maintaining and developing existing and new business relationships
- Prepare figures as a basis for decision-making for reinsurance contract assessments
- Create and maintain portfolio management reports
- Manage internal and external (client/broker) correspondence
- Interaction across other reinsurance underwriting, actuarial and accounting departments
Your qualification
- Higher education mixed with relevant experience in insurance / reinsurance field
- Strong commitment and willingness to learn as well as exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, independent, and structured way of working
- Efficient use of Office programs, especially Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure especially at renewal season
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English are required, additional languages are a plus
