Nurse(s) for the OSG Dialysis Service (50% - 100%)
Profile:
We are looking for suitable personnel to join the Dialysis Service at the Regional Hospital of Bellinzona and Valli, with a variable percentage based on coverage needs for absences and/or staff replacement.
The person we are looking for is a nurse with a diploma in general care from SUPSI / SSSCI or an equivalent qualification recognized by the CRS with at least two years of experience in a general acute ward. Knowledge of a national language other than Italian is a preferred qualification.
Flexibility related to changing service conditions is a necessary prerequisite, as well as interest in the field of nephrology and dialysis, in order to ensure quality care and a thorough understanding of the specific needs of patients.
Demonstrates good familiarity with the use of techno-medical equipment and/or is willing to learn; excellent manual skills are required.
The future collaborator listens carefully to their interlocutors, establishes constructive and effective relationships inside and outside the institution, and is able to base relationships on respect and trust.
Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, is dynamic, flexible, proactive, and able to handle stress. Is autonomous in managing their tasks and has good organizational skills.
Believes, as we do, in the importance of putting the patient and their family at the center of all our attention.
