- Complete administration of continuing education participants from registration to graduation
- Administrative and organizational support of the study management in the preparation and implementation of existing and new continuing education offers

You have a solid commercial education as well as at least three years of professional experience, ideally in the education sector or in university administration. Confident handling of MS Office products is a matter of course for you; in addition, you bring a high affinity and willingness to learn to quickly familiarize yourself with other complex programs.
You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written, and have very good English skills. As a service-oriented and communicative personality, you appreciate contact with people and maintain a friendly, cooperative, and professional interaction with continuing education participants, study management, and lecturers. Teamwork and independent work are equally important to you. High quality awareness, pronounced organizational talent, diligence, reliability, and initiative are among your strengths. Even in hectic situations, you remain resilient, calm, and confident and always keep an overview.

The Operations and Services department (AOS) ensures a powerful basic structure and efficient processes for the successful operation of the ZHAW School of Management and Law. We are responsible for the administration, evaluation, further development, and quality of teaching and continuing education. In addition, we offer support in the functional areas of didactics, translation/editing, communication skills, IT, process and system management, and facility management. The development and implementation of modules in the areas of languages and communication in business and law as well as business administration and didactics also belong to our tasks.
