Tasks:
- ensures the correct development of the project (planning, execution, implementation and delivery), planning and preparing the necessary measures to meet its objectives, assuming overall responsibility
- manages the budget, ensuring adherence to established estimates.
- ensures compliance with deadlines, quality and defined sustainability objectives
- monitors legal compliance
- coordinates and keeps all project partners informed, both internal and external to the Cantonal Administration
- develops and parameterizes key project data by preparing reports and presentations
- proposes and manages the project organization (project group)
- delegates and controls the technical specialist support of the project
- leads and manages the tendering, resolutions and contracts process
- leads and manages the risk management process
- develops decision bases, agrees them within the project team, makes decisions within their competence and/or submits any needs or proposals to the Steering Committee and/or Project Management
- simultaneously and independently manages several projects
Requirements:
- bachelor and master or bachelor in architecture or civil engineering
- good knowledge of the Italian language
- preferential qualifications include:
- proven experience in executing and coordinating complex projects and managing relationships within interdisciplinary groups
- knowledge (spoken and written) of official languages
- planning skills aimed at achieving objectives
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- familiarity with IT systems: common programs, CAD, SAP
- good communication skills and ease in negotiation management
- willingness to attend refresher courses in the specific sector
- teamwork predisposition and problem-solving orientation
- assertive personality, listening skills, synthesis and interpersonal relationship management, decision-making and responsibility assumption
Special remarks:
- the position of Project Manager I (class 10) can only be assigned to candidates holding complete academic degrees: university license, degree, consecutive Bachelor + Master or university of applied sciences (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits) and who have at least 15 years of professional experience in the required field
– the position of Project Manager II (class 9) will be assigned to candidates holding only a Bachelor or a short degree or candidates with less than 15 years of professional experience in the required field and holding complete academic degrees: university license, degree, consecutive master or university of applied sciences (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits)

Employment conditions:

- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
