Reference: CLS/RH/2026.731 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 100% / Hours: 12-hour shifts / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

As a Nurse within the Pool, you provide support in the medical and surgical units according to the institution's needs. This role, which requires adaptability and commitment, offers the opportunity to leverage varied nursing expertise in a dynamic environment and provides stimulating professional practice on a daily basis.

What will you be expected to do?

• Perform technical and specific nursing care, respecting current protocols
• Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure individualized and quality care
• Ensure rigorous traceability of care in the computerized patient record
• Strictly apply hygiene, asepsis, and safety rules
• Quickly integrate into the teams of the services where you intervene to ensure continuity of care with professionalism

Essentials:

• Nursing diploma or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital setting
• Strong skills in general care, both in medicine and surgery
• Excellent adaptability, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
• Rigor, organization, and effective stress management in a dynamic environment
