E-Service Assistant
Workload: 80% - 100% / Workplace: Interlaken & Resorts
The Jungfrau Region Tourism AG is looking for a motivated personality (m,f,d) to join its team in Interlaken by agreement.
Your tasks
- Ongoing maintenance, updating, and creation of content on all assigned websites, digital platforms, and in the CRM
- Ensuring correct, complete, and SEO-compliant information as well as consistent content quality
- Preparation and maintenance of structured content in the data hubs (text & image) according to destination guidelines
- Central interface between the E-Service Manager and the four resorts (Wengen, Lauterbrunnen, Mürren, Haslital)
- Support for the resorts in using the CMS and other digital tools
- Participation in digital projects as well as in the further development and quality assurance of digital platforms and IT tools
- Creation of reports
- Support and deputize for the E-Service Manager
Your qualities
- Commercial or technical basic training – or equivalent further education
- Technical understanding and interest to further develop your skills through "learning by doing"
- Experience with websites and knowledge of the region is an advantage
- Networked thinking as well as independent and structured working style
- Enthusiasm to work in an international mountain destination
- Enjoy being part of a young and dynamic team
- Flexibility regarding the workplace: main workplace is Interlaken with regular assignments in Lauterbrunnen, Wengen, Mürren, and Meiringen
