Tasks & Responsibilities:

Acquisition and renewal of easements such as pipeline rights and building servitudes as well as usage and clearing permits

Negotiations with landowners, forestry authorities, agencies, and partners - always looking for a win-win solution

Processing of property acquisition and property renewal projects according to internal processes

Determination of compensations, conducting damage assessments, and keeping records

Preparation of documents for planning, approval, and expropriation procedures

Profile & Requirements:

Degree in agriculture/forestry, real estate, or a comparable field with several years of practical experience

No legal degree necessary, but enjoyment of challenges

A background in agriculture is an advantage

Project management experience and affinity for technical infrastructures

Proficient in MS Office and SAP

Communicative, team-oriented, and strong in negotiations

Structured, process-oriented work with a sense of responsibility

Very good German skills, ideally Swiss German, other national languages welcome
