Class and annual salary (including 13th month salary):

Tasks:
- collaborates with the Project Manager and Area Manager to ensure the realization of projects in accordance with agreed objectives
- ensures the completion of the work according to the approved project
- ensures that the necessary information related to the construction site (costs, timelines, etc.) is transmitted to the Project Manager and Area Manager
- verifies compliance with the mandate performance of the appointed external designers
- respects and enforces the legal bases, procedures, and current directives
- collaborates with the Project Manager and Area Manager in handing over the finished work to the various services of the Logistics Section
- ensures the input of data related to the financial aspects of the construction site into the Logistics Section database
- manages small projects independently as project manager
Requirements:
- bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering
- proven experience in construction management of medium to large building projects
- good communication skills and negotiation abilities
- willingness to attend refresher courses in the specific sector
- excellent spoken and written knowledge of Italian and knowledge (spoken and written) of another official language
- preferential qualifications include:
- proven experience in managing offer modules with the CRB system
- familiarity with IT systems: common programs, applications related to the CRB system, SAP - PS
