With a differentiated range of care and support services at three different locations, the city enables around 80 elderly residents with varying care and support needs to live in a homely environment with professional services. Around 120 employees and trainees ensure the well-being of the elderly at the Sandbühl retirement center as well as in two different nursing apartments and in assisted living at Bachstrasse and Mühleacker.
We are looking for a
Clerk Administration Elderly Care 80 - 100 %
starting March 1, 2026 or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- Resident administration (admissions, discharges, deaths, other changes)
- Managing resident data
- Invoicing resident bills in the Domis and Asebis systems
- Reminder and debt collection in cooperation with the finance department of the city of Schlieren
- Support of various services for residents and providing information
- Scheduling of voluntary driving and escort service for city trips
- General secretarial tasks such as reception, cash desk, telephone switchboard, and mail distribution
- Resident birthdays and Christmas: organizing and preparing wish lists, vouchers, cards
- Support in training apprentices in the department
- Power user of the business management software CMI
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in administration, ideally in healthcare
- High communication skills and good German language skills, both spoken and written
- High IT affinity and confidence in handling various specialized applications
